- 1.5 parts scotch
- 0.75 parts pür•likör spice, blood orange liqueur
- 1 part lemon juice
- 5 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- 0.5 parts apple shrub*
Dry shake the egg white in a cocktail shaker. Add the other ingredients, and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
In a saucepan: heat equal parts white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and warming spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice). Let simmer for five minutes. Strain and add two parts fine granulated sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
