  • 1.5 parts scotch
  • 0.75 parts pürlikör spice, blood orange liqueur
  • 1 part apple cider
  • 0.5 parts fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 parts simple syrup
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
  • 0.25 parts absinthe

Shake ingredients over ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve with one large ice cube.
