- 10 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ parts pür•likör williams pear liqueur
- ½ part spiced rum
- ½ part lemon juice
- soda water
Gently muddle mint leaves in a mixing tin, add the rest of the ingredients with ice, shake, and strain into a mason jar or collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
