- 1.5 parts Square One Botanical
- 0.5 parts pür•likör williams pear liqueur
- 0.5 parts meyer lemon juice
- 0.25 parts agave nectar or simple syrup
- 3 inches of rosemary leaves
Strip rosemary leaves from sprig into a mixing glass and muddle lightly. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake well and double strain straight up into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig pulled through a Meyer lemon wheel.
