scarborough pear by Jill Weiner
- 1 ½ parts pür•likör williams pear liqueur
- 1 part fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- ¼ parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 pinch thyme
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a splash of prosecco.
