scarborough pear by Jill Weiner

  • 1 ½ parts pür•likör williams pear liqueur
  • 1 part fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • ¼ parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • salt
  • prosecco

Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a splash of prosecco.
