springfield cocktail by Erik Carlson
- 1 ½ oz dry vermouth
- ½ oz pür•likör williams pear liqueur
- ¼ oz amaro
- 2 dashes peychaud's bitters
- 1 oz sparkling wine (float)
Measure all ingredients in a mixing glass except sparkling wine, add ice and stir 30 times. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and add chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon peel.
